Do not press the patty while it's cooking! This forces the juices out. Use a high-quality 80/20 meat-to-fat ratio for the perfect melt-in-your-mouth burger.
Ingredients
- 200g Fresh Ground Beef (80/20 mix)
- Brioche Buns
- Cheddar Cheese Slices
- Fresh Lettuce and Tomato
- Red Onions
- Secret Sauce (Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard mix)
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare Patties: Form beef into 200g patties. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Toast Buns: Butter and toast brioche buns until golden.
- Grill Beef: Pan-sear or grill patties for 4 minutes per side for medium-well.
- Melt Cheese: Add cheddar slices while the meat is still hot.
- Assemble: Spread sauce on the buns, add lettuce, tomato, patty, and red onions. Serve warm!
